For Tom, beer has always been about the other guy. For a decade-plus, he ran TwoGuys homebrew club, a passion project supporting aspiring brewers while deepening his knowledge of the craft.
But the other guy is bigger than beer. It’s our neighborhood. Our guests. You. We can make beer all day long but we need somebody to help us drink it. Care to lend a hand? We’re anti-junk dropped in fryers. Our evolving menu starts from scratch to make sure the food on your plate shares the same integrity with the beer in your glass. That doesn’t mean our meals are fussy, but the house-smoked meats, hand-cut fries, and intentionally sourced ingredients show we care about what you’re eating.
